If you lost the copy of the software you purchased, please use the contact form and provide us with the information you used to purchase the software, such as the postal address, phone number and the order number you received after your purchase.
We never charge or otherwise require customers to buy another copy if they have lost theirs.
Updates and Upgrades
Our customers are eligible to receive updates at no extra charge. This applies only to the version you own. For example, owners of version 2.0 are eligible to receive free copies for all updates released for version 2.
An fee will be required from current customers wishing to upgrade an older version to a new version. For example, a customer using version 2.0 will need to purchase an upgrade license to obtain version 3.0. The price of an upgrade license is significantly lower than that of the full license.
